With ocean proximity, the home's design maximises cross ventilation. Thoughtful window and door placement enhances natural cooling and heating, complemented by Greenboard exterior and R3.5 ceiling insulation for sustainability and comfort. The walk-in robe and ensuite feature solar-powered skylights.

A striking 6-meter high feature wall contrasts the cool marble pillars, adorned with exotic foliage and toucan wallpaper, adding vibrancy and freshness.
