Located beachfront, the property instantly has that open and welcoming energy. However, the garage is not getting used and sits at the very front of the property. The client prefers the garage to be transformed into a new Master Bedroom with ensuite. Likes; light, bright and airy with a luxurious feel but keeping the cost to a certain budget.
The back veranda also required some much-needed TLC.
With the clients brief and budget in mind we decided to bring the garage’s floor level up to the existing level. By constructing a bay window, the client can comfortably sit while enjoying the ocean views from their new bedroom.
The inclusion of cross ventilation and louvre windows permits you to capture the ocean breeze throughout the entire room.
Vast sized marble wall and floor tiles create a luxurious feel and in combination with the wall hang vanity, makes the ensuite feel open and spacious.
From the Master bedroom, the new ensuite and timber decking veranda, the client was very pleased with the overall outcome. With the brief being executed and the client being overjoyed with the results, they contracted Vivere for a second job.
