Designed with a young couple, this award-winning home blends innovative architecture, smart budget-conscious decisions, and lifestyle-driven design. The clients, first-time homeowners, wanted a striking modern residence on a small, north-facing block with two easements.

To maximize space, we created a north-facing alfresco area, seamlessly merging indoor and outdoor living. The result is a bold, functional home that balances aesthetics and practicality.
